Counselling and Psychotherapy

As an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, I am qualified to work with a wide range of approaches. I believe in a whole person approach which takes into consideration the interaction between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual or soulful aspects of ourselves and offer an empathic, non-judgemental space.

I am qualified and experienced in working both face to face and remotely via video or telephone.

 

I am an Accredited Registered Member of both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and adhere to their respective Ethical Guidelines.  

I am listed on the Accredited Register of the Professional Standards Authority.  

 

​Clinical Supervision Now Available

From 2019 to 2025 I acted as Clinical Manager of a busy community based counselling service supporting both qualified and trainee practitioners and supervisors.  I am currently completing advanced training in Clinical Supervision and can also offer this for both qualified practitioners and those currently in training placements and look forward to using my extensive experience to continue to support practitioners in a practical and holistic way.
